Lucas Nahnsen - Managing Principal
National Political Strategist & Government Affairs Advisor
Lucas Nahnsen operates at the intersection of mass-scale field strategy and high-stakes political advisory — one of a small number of practitioners in the country who has commanded both. He has directed programs at the highest levels of American politics and translated that rare operational depth into a consultancy built for clients who can't afford to lose.
As National Field Director for the largest political advocacy organization in the United States, Lucas bore sole responsibility for architecting citizen contact operations from the ground up — deploying over 700 canvassers across more than 35 states and overseeing millions of door knocks. That work demanded a rare convergence of political instinct and operational precision: building the infrastructure, training the talent, and sustaining the intensity that programs of that scale require. It is the kind of experience that cannot be simulated and is not easily found.
His national campaign portfolio spans competitive-cycle strategy, message architecture, voter targeting, and field operations oversight across state and federal contests. On the commercial side, Lucas brings that same door-to-door discipline to client acquisition and community engagement programs — where the tradecraft of persuasion, territory management, and performance accountability translates directly to market outcomes.
In public affairs and government relations, he advises executives and organizations on legislative engagement, stakeholder mapping, regulatory risk, and narrative positioning — ensuring leaders understand not only the mechanics of policy, but the political consequences of how they engage it.
